Nikki Blackwell is the Medical Office Director of Grayhawk Family Practice. Nikki comes with a vast background in medical care as she has served in the United States Air Force as a Flight Medic since 2011 and has been in family practice since 2014. She still serves as a reservist and has specialized training in emergency medicine, pre-hospital trauma life support, IV certifications and continues her credentials as a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician and Flight & Operational Medical Technician.
Nikki has been with Grayhawk Family Practice since 2014 and truly enjoys medical care as seen with her patient interactions. Nikki loves the concierge medicine concept, as she is able to be more personable with all patients and truly provide exceptional service. Currently, Nikki works from home most days, so you may not see her in the office.
In her spare time, Nikki is a mother of eight. She enjoys jogging, weight lifting, great eats and going on vacations with her family. Favorite place ever...DISNEYLAND!
